Jason Brajer, MD

Interventional Pain Management Physician


Dr. Jason Brajer has been in clinical practice for more than 30 years. Early in his career he was in hospital practice primarily providing anesthesia services in the operating room, as well as some pain management. Thereafter, from 1994 to 2008, Dr. Brajer was Vice Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology and the Medical Director of the Frank J. Tornetta School of Nurse Anesthesia at the former Montgomery Hospital Medical Center (now a part of Einstein Health System) in Norristown, Pennsylvania.


In 1998, Dr. Brajer became the founding Director of the Montgomery Pain Center. From 2008 to 2018, Dr. Brajer was in private practice where he devoted 100% of his time to Interventional Pain Management.


He has given over 50,000 spinal injections in his career and does virtually all the currently approved and accepted pain management injections and procedures on the entire spine, PRP and stem cells for major joints, sympathetic blocks for CRPS / RSD, injections for PTSD and spinal cord stimulator trials.
