New Radio Show "Pain Talk"

NEWARK, DE - (June 9, 2009) - Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians (MASPP), the most comprehensive pain practice in the U.S diagnosing and treating spine and pain related disorders, will begin sponsoring a weekly radio show, "Pain Talk", to educated radio listeners in Delaware on pain. Dr. Frank J. E. Falco, an innovative pioneer and widely-recognized expert in the field of pain medicine and spinal disorders, will host the weekly health program airing twice. The show will air Saturday mornings at 6:30 a.m. on WILM 1450 AM starting June 27 and on Sunday mornings at 7:00 a.m. on WDOV 14 10 AM starting July 11.

The program will vary week-to-week and cover an array of painful conditions and treatment options for pain. Upcoming show topics to include: low back pain, diagnostic testing, stem cell and regenerative therapies, same day spine surgery procedures, RSD and Spasticity, cancer pain, migraine headache remedies, and more. Special guests include patients who have suffered from pain and their own personal journey and recovery from pain. Listeners may submit questions through the MASPP website.

Dr. Falco is founder, CEO and principal of Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians. Widely-recognized as an expert on pain medicine and spinal disorders, his career accomplishments are many. Dr. Falco authors countless articles and book chapters, lectures nationally, serves on numerous boards of various medical associations, and functions as a medical expert witness for the National Association of State Jury. He is the Director of Pain Medicine Fellowship and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University Hospital and is a residency faculty member at the University of Delaware.
