Doctors from MASPP to Present at
AAPM&R 70th Annual Assembly

NEWARK, DE - (July 6, 2009) - A group of doctors from Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians (MASPP), the most comprehensive pain practice in the U.S diagnosing and treating spine and pain related disorders, will together present "Advances in Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Stimulation", a Spine/Spinal Cord Injury Educational Track, during the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) 70th Annual Assemble and Technical Exhibition, October 22-25 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. The physicians presenting include: Frank J. E. Falco, M.D., C. Obi Onyewu, M.D., Renato Vesga, MD, Tony Al-Amin, M.D., Allan Vrable, D.O., and Jeff Berger, D.O.

The presented course, "Advances in Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Stimulation", will provide a discussion of the clinical application of spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation in the treatment of painful disorders other than extremity pain and incorporate the indications, contraindications, equipment, technique, complications, and individual experiences in treating atypical pain disorders such as occipital headaches, genital/rectal pain, and coccydynia.
