Pain Expert Frank Falco M.D. to
Present at AISPP Review Course
NEWARK, DE - (July 2, 2009) - Frank J. E. Falco, M.D., founder, CEO and a principal of Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians (MASPP), the most comprehensive pain practice in the U.S diagnosing and treating spine and pain related disorders, will present "Controlled Substance Pharmacology: Non-Opioids, Benzaodiazepine, Sedatives, and Hypnotics," at the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians' (ASIPP) Comprehensive Review Course in Controlled Substance Management and Competency and Exam, August 11-13, 2009 at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans.
This two-day comprehensive review course is intended to present interventional pain management specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers an in-depth review of multiple areas of interventional pain management, including controlled substance management. The course features many nationally-recognized experts in pain management billing and coding and practice management, as well as, controlled substance management. Dr. Falco is founder, CEO and principal of MASSP and is Vice Present for Financial Affairs, ASIPP. Widely-recognized as an expert on pain medicine and spinal disorders, his career accomplishments are many. Dr. Falco authors countless articles and book chapters, lectures nationally, serves on numerous boards of various medical associations, and functions as a medical expert witness for the National Association of State Jury. He is the Director of Pain Medicine Fellowship and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University Hospital and is a residency faculty member at the University of Delaware.
