Our office team will handle insurance for you and see that you
have a full understanding of treatment options and costs. We are
experienced at insurance matters, including pre-authorizations,
denials and the appeal process. We will determine, prior to any
procedure, if it is a covered benefit and will notify you of any
upfront costs associated with your deductible and co-payment.
In addition to health insurance, MASPP accepts payment from claims resulting from a work-related injury, auto accident or personal injury. Prior to your appointment, please verify that we are an approved provider and your claim has been reported and accepted. You must also provide your health insurance information in the event your benefits are not sufficient to cover your care, your policy has been exhausted, or your claim is denied.
Health Insurances
MASPP participates with numerous insurance companies and our list is ever expanding. Please provide full insurance information in advance of your initial appointment. We accept certain commercial insurances, HMO and PPO plans with which we are a participating provider, Point-of-Service Plans, and Out-of-Network Plans. Please note that health insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Your own coverage depends on the details of your policy.
Medicare and Medicaid
Medicare and Medicaid programs are government programs created as part of the Social Security Act of 1965. MASPP accepts both Medicare and Medicaid assignments.
CareCredit®
As a service to patients, MASPP participates with CareCredit®,
North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit
offers a full range of payment plans to meet your financial needs
with low monthly payments and low interest plans. There are
no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties.
It's easy to apply and you will receive an online decision in

Worker's Compensation
If you were injured on the job, MASPP will accept payment through workmen's compensation provided that accurate and the complete information is provided at your appointment, including your claim number, date of accident, and a contact name and phone number from your place of employment. We will file your workmen's compensation claim to your employer's carrier. Please be aware that each state's worker's compensation rules and laws are different but with your doctor's written referral to us for an evaluation and treatment with his reasons why will usually be enough to start the process.
Automotive Insurance
MASPP accepts payment through automobile insurance providing that your auto insurance policy, claim number and accident information for your auto insurance are provided, including your insurance agent's contact information of name, address and telephone number.
